Autumn <3 - Well, I, just today, had a mole removed from my back. I went to my doctor and she wanted to send it to a lab just in case... And it was removed. It's painless. Your doctor will most likely do a "punch" procedure, where the tool is shaped to just kinda punch out the mole. Completely painless. The only pain I felt, and I'm a complete wimp, was the needle that numbed the pain. I had to have stitches, but that is because my mole is fairly flat and they needed to go deeper to get it. But anyways, it's an easy and fairly quick procedure. If I kept mole, i would have developed melanoma. So, I'm very glad it's now gone!! :) Good luck!;)
TJ - Go see a dermatologist and they can remove it for you. I don't think there is a way to do it on your own.
