20 Pounds By Halloween? O_o?

396545382 Exercise Plan: 7 DAYS A WEEK
Morning: 40 Min Cardio
Afternoon: 40 Min Cardio / 2 Hour Wii Fitness.
Night: 40 Min Cardio
Daily Walk: 30 min

Diet/Food Plan:
-Fruits
-Veggies
-10 cups of water a day
-Salads
-Cereals HIGH IN FIBER
-grilled chicken & fish once a week

NO: FAST FOOD, SODA, JUNK FOOD, CANDY.

IF i Do all this til OCT, 30 do you think I'd lose 20 pounds?
I already lost 13 pounds, anything I should add? Please help!! thank you :D

I'm a female, 18, 4'11 & weigh 152 pounds BTW

  1. Maria - If your trying to lose another 20 pounds by Halloween it's possible. but it's not healthy and it's less likely to stay off. You lose weight rapidly in the beginning because you changing your diet up dramatically, the weight will start to fall off at a more steady rate. If your only trying to lose 7 more by Halloween that's okay.
    ABout your diet, It's mostly okay except for your protein intake. You need to eat the chicken and/or fish more than once a week or some other form of protein (nuts, eggs etc.) Your body needs protein to repair itself and build muscle. Also make sure you're eating a MINIMUM of 1200 calories a day.
