Marsh - You need to give 1/2 hr to treadmill also
buffalo - Depends on the speed. Also up that to 1 1/2 hours a day. Try Nordic walking, Google it, it show videos. I use plain ol' wooden sticks. Lowers glucose levels and cholesterol level s and blood pressure.Take care Buff
