I'm a Allen Iverson. - 6 hours isn't healthy.. the best way would be eat small snacks with high protein throughout the day like nuts

ReplyDeletejim - Hehe, you think 6 hours is sleep deprived? That's a good night's sleep in the real world. But seriously, there are things that you can do, like making sure that you are eating right and exercising that can help you on the long term. In the short term, a cup of coffee couldn't hurt. My guess is that you hit the wall at about 2pm? I'm no sleep scientist, but that seems to be a pretty common thing; biological maybe. Good luck
