How Can I Keep The Energy Up Throughout The School Day?

396545382 Sometimes, I have to pull a late night. For example, I got 6 hours of sleep last night. By the end of the day I get pretty tired, and I don't want to do anything. Like if a teacher tells us to do group work, I dread it because I'm so tired. Are there things on a day like today I can do to keep my energy up? Thanks :)
By the way I eat pretty healthy, but I noticed on days where I pull a late night the night before, I eat more snacks and junk.

  1. I'm a Allen Iverson. - 6 hours isn't healthy.. the best way would be eat small snacks with high protein throughout the day like nuts

  2. jim - Hehe, you think 6 hours is sleep deprived? That's a good night's sleep in the real world. But seriously, there are things that you can do, like making sure that you are eating right and exercising that can help you on the long term. In the short term, a cup of coffee couldn't hurt. My guess is that you hit the wall at about 2pm? I'm no sleep scientist, but that seems to be a pretty common thing; biological maybe. Good luck
