Blood In Urine (plus More)?

I started having sex with my current partner in June. The second time that we had sex, I felt as though my cervix was bruised or something (abdomen hurt and looked bloated/swollen). The sex was kind of rough, so I thought that could be why.

We do not use protection. I have been tested for STDs after every partner (except for him). He claims he is also healthy.

I have pain during intercourse in certain positions. I've always had this problem though with deep penetration. Didn't think anything of that either (although the pain did seem to be somewhat worse, I don't know). Since June I have been experiencing on and off "bloating" or feel like my abdomen is swollen or just not normal. My periods have been normal and on time. Last month, the week before my period, I noticed that after I was done urinating there was some blood in the toilet. It seemed like old blood (dark red/brown in color). My period came the last week in August so it is not due until the end of September.

A week ago me and my partner had to use emergency contraception (he ejaculated inside me...and yes I know I can still get pregnant even if he doesn't ejaculate if having unprotected sex...that is a risk that me and my partner have decided we are willing to take). Around that same time I started to get a burning sensation in my abdomen (bladder area). Kind of felt like tingling in my bladder. Also started to get a little bit of burning while urinating. Also noticed myself over the past week having to urinate more frequently and I have not been able to hold it (sense of urgency to get the the bathroom). Also, during the past week, one or two times I have sat down and a liquid has come out (feels like I am uncontrollably peeing). Not sure what the liquid is, it is clear and resembles water.

Last night I had the worst sense of urgency to urinate that I have ever had before. It hurt extremely bad (probably a 9 or 10 on a scale of 1-10). I was driving back into town and could not get to the bathroom for about a hour after the urgency started (yes, worst hour of my life!). When I got to the bathroom the urine came out in a very strong stream and when I checked the toilet I saw more dried up blood and the urine was cloudy and tinged brown. The pain did not subside after I went to the bathroom. It felt like I had to go more but I didn't. I did manage to push a few more drops out...and the drops were very cloudy (and white) or bloody. I wanted to make sure the blood was coming from my urine and not my vagina so I checked and there was blood ALSO coming from my vagina (brown in color). As I stated before, my period is not supposed to come until the end of this month so this is abnormal vaginal bleeding.

I have also noticed that my urine has had a strong smell the past couple of days. Also, I've noticed that after having sex, my vagina smells kind of fishy (never have had this smell before). My doctor is not in today and I'm wondering if it is something that can wait until Monday or if I should go to urgent care today. I am not in too much pain right now...it just feels like cramping at the moment and slight burning around my urethra.
