A Little Brown Spot Inside The Skin On My Thumb. Please Help?

Ok there is a tiny brown spot inside the skin on my thumbs and when I scratch it, it hurts.
Is a really tiny spot and it's inside the skin on my thumb. It's not a thing that got in there but a thing that is like getting out i think. or I don't know what it is. PLEASE HELP
