I've been taking the women's one a day daily multivitamins. I've noticed when i take them i get heart palpitations, I've tried to stop taking them then they stop but when i continue to use them it happens again, So I am certain it is what is causing them. My only guess was maybe it was the vitamin b12? my mom said it could speed up your heart but i dont know. I would really appreciate any info on why this is happening from the vitamins and if its a certain thing in them then maybe i can switch to another daily vitamin without that in it or something. thanks!Wednesday, January 4, 2012
Why Do Multivitamins Give Me Heart Palpitations?
I've been taking the women's one a day daily multivitamins. I've noticed when i take them i get heart palpitations, I've tried to stop taking them then they stop but when i continue to use them it happens again, So I am certain it is what is causing them.
