I've always been on the thicker side. I have more muscle than fat, big hips, and a smaller stomach. I am 5'1" and I weigh 165. I'm tired of having that "short and stubby" look.I need some shrinkage, people! Ahah. Any workout suggestions, that have fast results?
Andrew - The fast results do nothing, they make you more unhealthy in the long run. If you want to lose weight drink lots of water, exercise, eat lots of fruits and veg. That's the only safe way.
ReplyDeleteLook up ShayCarl on youtube. He lost 100 pounds the safe way and all he did was eat right, drink water, and go running.
OwlBear - If you try to lose weight too fast, you'll lose some then gain it all back plus more. Don't try to lost more than a pound or two a week, and ease into exercise gradually, finding activities you enjoy, because these are changes you have to make permanent--if you stop exercising when you've lost the weight,you simply regain it all.
