What Happens If I Dont Wear My Retainer For A Week?
a friend threw it out accidentally. cant get another one til another week. will it shift back if it's only a week? before this, i've been wearing it everyday for 3 months straight
LegacyLove! - Well call your orthodontist immediately and they will tell you everything and if you did call and they didn't say anything about it then you should be good, jut make sure you pick it up when ready and you you wear once you get it :)
Belle - if u've worn it for 3 months straight no big shifting will happen dont worry. maybe a small tiny bit but that is not to worry about. if u have that thin wire at the back of ur teeth , then u should not worry at all. bu next time, have an extra retainer in case:)
