My advice , take a Sub lingual GTN tablet and put under your tongue if your condition is worsening

John W - Those are also the symptoms of the Vasovagal Response, in other words, anxiety and stress. You did say you were 19 which means heart problems are very unlikely and under a lot of stress so common vasovagal responses are very likely. The throwing up is definitely more likely to be vasovagal then heart related, the vagal nerve controls your entire digestive tract.
