Need A Way To Loose Weight. Not One Of Those Am I Fat Questions.?

396545382 Okni am 17 and about 290 (some is actually muscle). I want to lose weight and eat right and my parents are always harping on me to do it but I hate excercising. And when I tell them that I need to do this in order to help me lose weight they don't help me with it. Can you help me with an exercise routine to lose weight? And how can I eat better? As well I am about 5'8.

Sarah - google tone it up videos and you can look up pop pilates videos on youtube. i would do 2 tone it up videos, repeat three-two times, then do two pop pilates videos and repeat atleast two times for each video. loosing weight is 10 percent excersise and 90 percent diet. you need to focus on eating healthy and portion control. cut out soda, fast food, junk food etc. try to buy in the organic section of the grocery store, or if possible go to whole foods or trader joes. drink ALOT of water ( try to sub it in for those sugary drinks like fruit juices, fizzy drinks and soda.) and more coffee to boost your metabolism. veggies are your friends, along with fruit. brown over white. whole wheat pasta and rice. try checking out chocolatecoveredkatie.com and undressedskeleton.tumblr.com and do some of your own research ( google how to eat better/heathier)
