Sarah Meyer - try crest whitening strips..my family uses it and it works really well!
ReplyDeleteJohnny - Brush with a little baking soda. Then do a salt water mouth rinse. Not only will your teeth whiten (maybe not in 1 day, give it a week), your mouth will feel really fresh.
ReplyDeletejits - You can use electronic brush which will really help cleaning yoyr teeth in every corner....
ReplyDeleteVrush for ten minutes before breakfast, and ten minutes before sleeping....
cookies - get toothpaste and put in on a toothbrush with baking soda it works like a charm :)
