
Now I'm not hungry for dinner at all but, I know that I will be later and the thing is I don't want to eat like just an hour before I sleep because I will gain weight. I have a strict eating time and bed time. I eat at 6 for dinner and sleep at 10. I don't want to brake this cycle so should I just eat dinner? or skip it and go hungry waiting till tomorrow morning?

~ - You can skip it. If you can't sleep with an empty stomach, drink water to curb your appetite. :)
ReplyDeleteAlso, if your stomach starts growling a little when you're trying to sleep, drink more water (keep a water bottle next to your bed, if you want). For me, I just sleep on my stomach when it growls a bit... I'm less bothered that way. XD

hellokittykerry - If your not hungry don't eat because in the morning you will want to eat more. & also you don't want to gain unnecessary weight .
