I keep losing and gaining weight everyday. Like, One day I weigh 126 and the next day I weigh 123... Any explanation? Btw, Is this healthy? I'm 16 5'5 and my BMI is 21.6
sakurali - I agree with Jim. sometimes you just have more food and fluid in you. you're also 16, which means your body is still changing a bit. so you're bound to fluctuate. it also depends on when you weigh yourself. if you're weighing yourself at different times of day your weight will be different. for example, if you weighed yourself before you ate in the morning and after you went to the bathroom (#2), you'd weigh less than if you weighed yourself at night, after 3 meals.
Jim - Perfectly normal. Some days you have more food in your stomach than others. This happens to everyone.
ReplyDeleteUFoP - Water retention and such make it normal to fluctuate by those small amounts, from day to day.
