For the past two weeks I've been suffering from severe allergies to what I suspect is ragweed pollen. Every day I have stuffy nose etc. Normally I'm allergic to dust (badly) and other things, but this year my fall allergies are off the scale. Also, my eyes are itchy and red and sometimes I rub them because it gets so bad. Then I wake up the next morning with swollen red eyes and lids. If you suggest products, please know that my skin is also extremely sensitive as well, and harsh chemicals make my eyes swell too. Help With Ragweed Allergies?

ॐ - You need to get antihistamines. I won't recommend brands because I don't know what country you are in. Your pharmacist will be able to recommend them if you tell this to them.
ReplyDeleteLong term you want to look into desensitisation (which will remove your allergies). You need
to go to an actual allergist for that though.
pennypincher - Get a good air purifier for your home. It will do lots of good at night. If your insurance covers it, or you can afford it, get allergy desensitization shots. After several years of shots, your allergy to ragweed will be gone.
