Recovering From Smoking! ?

396545116 Well, I'm really paranoid. How long will it take for my lungs to heal after 1 - 2 packs of cigarettes? I've smoked about 1 pack, but then bought another one yesterday after not smoking for a month. I'll throw them out. How long will my lungs take to heal from smoking about 23 cigarettes? I've smoked hookah a couple of time also. No weed.

    Denisedds - You are not recovering from anything and this has nothing to do with cancer.
    You are fine. Stop being paranoid.

    Dawn - I heard it helps even after one yr but I really don't know . You can look it up on the internet. Mayo Clinic or Web MD.
