Didn't know that - I'm 16 and lift 10Kg so about 22 pounds, but for some reason most people have bigger arms than me in my year...
Crim Liar - You have to define lift!If you mean dumbbell curls then 25lbs+ per arm.If you mean a reclined press (floor or bench) then 50lbs+ per arm.
