My teeth got pretty yellow over the summer and now I dont like smiling cause I don't want people to see my yellow teeth. So I need help with the strips, do they really work or are they just a waste of $55?????
♥jj♥ - I think if you follow all the directions precisely it should work. (But I think it's more than one day so you have to be careful to follow through). I would just get it done professionally (cosmetic dentist) this way you know it will definitely work.
Daniel Plourde - yes they really do work, i used aquafresh whitening trays and my teeth looked way whiter. the downside can be sensative gums, and your teeth are more prone to staining. avoid red wine, cranberry juice, and smoking for sure.

Scott - They work. Downside; they can make your teeth very sensitive. It was too painful for me, I finished the kit and didn't do it again.
