Ben S - we would need more measurements, such as waist and hip measurements, you could be muscle with a layer of fat,or little muscle and lots of fat it just depends, the word fat is a generelisation,it has no actual measurement of weight attatched to it.BMI to me isnt a true measurement. So tell us your waist line and you will get better answers.
bearsfan00915 - At 5'9 and 165 your BMI is 24 which is considered normal. 25 to 29.9 is overweight so you are near that. How do you feel? I think you should feel good about yourself and if you don't you have the power to change that.
Mr. travis - Its a little plump but not bad. Maybe get down to 145ish.... ?? But your not fat, just a little bigger
ReplyDeleteStacy - Your BMI is 24.2, which is a little bit overweight. At that height, go for 135, to have a healthy BMI of 20.
ReplyDeleteI'm 5'8, and I weigh 109 pounds.
