Is There Any Way I Can Straighten My Teeth Myself?

396545381 I use to have braces but then my wisdom teeth came in right after I had them taken out. So my teeth shifted a little bit. I tried forcing my retainer on but it hurts too much and won't stay on. Is there anything i can do besides get braces to straighten my teeth back out?
i had my wisdom teeth removed already

    CDA1 - Nope. Retainers RETAIN, they are not going to move your teeth. There is nothing YOU can do.

    Endless - First stop trying to put your retainer on since it doesn't fit, you will only hurt yourself.

    You got the retainer to adapt your teeth to their new position after braces, it is not made to move teeth , that's braces job, you (unfortunately) can't fix it yourself.

    Since your wisdom tooth is shifting the other teeth it should be removed so it won't get worse.

    After that if you are not satisfied with your teeth alignment you need to get braces..
