Neil - No, because it promotes sugary-foods, and discourages protein(since it's usually paired with some fat). So you'll loose good-weight, and keep the bad-weight.
The best way to loose fat, is to not limit, but change the balance in your food(less carbs, more protein) that will instantly promote fat-loss.
Jay - Yes but a better strategy is to remove all but 15g of sugar from your diet. You cam lower if you want, just gotta be able to handle the taste lol
Matej Korvin - I would suggest you to try high protein and low calorie foods and implement them into your diet. It is good for loosing fat (along with some basic workout) while maintaining your energy and health.
knz - calories and fat food are also requirement for our body,loosing fat can be controlled by taking them in limit and good exercises ,specially long walks after meals are helpful
