
I have about 30g of sugar everyday and yesterday, I had 100 plus grams of sugar because I had a lot of drinks and milkshakes in a party. I'm underweight, for your information. Is it okay to have 100g of sugar in a day per week?
Add: I didn't have sugar from fruits!!

ReplyDeleteHaje - No problems since you're not overweight. Eating sugar won't get you diabetes, but being obese will.
ReplyDeleteTabea - If you are not diabetic, your body will be able to process any amount of sugar consumed.
ReplyDeleteBut do note that ALL carbs turn into sugar. So the end product of rice, bread, cereal, potatoes etc, all becomes sugar.
