The first snack should be eaten in the mid-morning before lunch and the second snack to be eaten less than an hour before bed. Between eating 5 meals a day and eating equal protein and carbohydrates each meal, you will also experience weight loss.

Avoid all drinks with added sugar. Water is very good and you can add some unsweetened powders to it. Natural fruit juices although look at the labels some have alot of sugar.. Stay away from whites, rice, flour, sweets, sodas these will raise your insulin levels.
