Everyday I run a total of 2 hours..sometimes an extra 30 minutes with the 2 hours...and run at a VERY fast speed. Today I don't have the time to run because I have things to do....It bothers me how I'm going to miss a day because I'm so use to running, especially if I ate THIS?

I Am Sooo Fustrated Right Now?
Everyday I run a total of 2 hours..sometimes an extra 30 minutes with the 2 hours...and run at a VERY fast speed. Today I don't have the time to run because I have things to do....It bothers me how I'm going to miss a day because I'm so use to running, especially if I ate THIS?

Rob - Although that is not the greatest choice for a meal I would not worry so much. Since you missed the workout today I suggest going tomorrow and pushing yourself even harder, for your next meal cut back on calories and eat healthy.
