Flatpaw - Drink a lot of water, exercise, and eat a lot of fiber.
ReplyDeleteIndian - If you are in a hot climate don't go for wheat based foods. Your intestine will dry by the foods absorbing more water.

Drink water early in the morning, wait for a few minutes, you will be forced to shi*. :)
Eat fibre rich foods to lubricate your passage like oats, banana etc.
Sleep early at night, have food at the right and appropriate times or else these will disturb your digestion pattern and process.

ReplyDeleteDawn - Have a leafy salad , an apple and walking..I drank lots of water , ate plums,peaches and that didn't work.
