i don't usually eat really sweet snacks but today i decided to and just got through the whole box and it has 320grams of sugar. is this too much? btw no im not fat or trying to lose weight or any of that because i'm extremely healthy(physically).
TheOrange Evil - You can't overdose on sugar. A normal healthy pancreas has an almost unlimited ability to process any amount of sugar. Simply put, the amount of sugar your body could take exceeds the amount that you could physically fit into your stomach.
Obviously, that's a lot of sugar and not something that's healthy to do on a regular basis, but if you don't have diabetes and you aren't trying to lose weight, then there's really not a problem with an occasion splurge.
Tralee A - You cant overdose on sugar. Sure it'll make you hyper or give you lots of energy etc but you cant overdose. I'm not sure if you're a diabetic or not but if you arent you're body will take care of it (thats what your pancreas is for) but as a diabetic its not recommended. Its like eating 7 choc glazed Krispy Kreme doughnuts all in one sitting
