How Do I Make My Thighs And Somach Smaller F A S T?

396545382 (sorry this is kinda long but please read.) im 5'7, 155 lbs, size 9 in jeens. my doctor says I'm taller than 98% of people my age. I'm also 98% heavier than someone my age. I used to be heavy because of my height. but now I'm starting to gain a lot of weight and I need a way to get it all off. I have total thunder thighs that rub together, and not a flat stomach. everyone says im skinny but i just don't feel comfortable about myself. all my friends are 5'3 and 80 pounds. I feel like a giant compared to them, not only because I'm so much taller, but because there all size 00, an I'm a 9. I recently heard my friend saying how someone got her size 9 jeans and she was like "oh what do they think I'm fat?" which didn't make me feel good. I told her that that was my size. I thought I trusted her, but then told other people and they now refer to me as "fat girl" or "thunder thighs." obviously my life isn't going to great now, so I wanna show them, and myself, that I can loose weight. but what can I do to make my thighs and stomach smaller, so I can notice results quickly? any special routines i can do? please help.
and don't say don't eat or anything cause I'm not gonna starve myself. and also I'm really busy.. I already started school again and have atleast 3 hours worth of homework every night. I dance two times a week - 5 hours a week - If I'm not doing school work or dancing, I'm usually busy..

  2. Laura Moore - I'm totally in your boat, 5'7" and 150 pounds, and everyone calls me skinny. I got down to 130 a while ago by just eating healthy and going running every morning for about an hour. Im actually gonna start again tomorrow :). Good luck!

  3. Guess What Im Thinking - Different people different heights us taller people typically weigh more cause we have more body therefore more bone, muscle, tissue that all contributes to our weight, if you want to lose weight go to gym 4 times a week or just go jogging every day

  4. Belle - What? They are so not your friends! Calling you fat? But I completely understand, I'm about your weight and I don't feel nice at all but people say I'm in good shape. Doesn't matter what they say it's how you feel, eat 1200 calories a day and exercise. X

  5. CT - You dont need to lose weight.. This is a confidence issue, not a weight one.

    I you want to be healthy, eat healthy foods in the right sized portions, and start working out by walking or jogging.

    You need to realize that you are not a 00 because your body doesnt look like a 10 year olds any more. Youre just more mature physically than them.

  6. GOODD - There are no results quickly, ever. Anything that is going to last will take time. Doing sit ups and toning exercises (lots of reps with very little weight) will help to define your muscles but this takes time and dedication.
