Gluten Allergy/irritation?

396545383 I'm 15, i live in south korea, and I have a gluten...allergy and finding gluten free foods over here is really hard if not impossible. so my question is does ANYONE have ANY recipes that have more common gluten free ingredients, especially the flours and grains! and I haven't been able to find xanthan gum so thats kind of a no no :) thanks!!

  1. LillyB - Don't see why that would be difficult - the ony things you have to avoid are wheat, oats, rye and barley. All fruits, meat, rice, fish, fats, eggs, vegetables, nuts and seeds are gluten free.
