Do You Consider Yourself A Healthy Person?

396545382 I wouldn't consider myself a healthy person, I usually eat a lot of junk food XD

  1. Welcome to my Nightmare - Not really...I probably have a few more tubes blocked, wicked bad heartburn, a broken foot (from '79), bad knees, a busted up shoulder (from '91), and insomnia.

  5. TheTerminatorFan - Yes I am. Despite the odds; a lot of car accidents, a lot of sicknesses, a lot of surgeries. And I am age 59. What my difference is; EXERCISE. 15 minutes in the morning, 15 minutes at night. Exercise has kept my body strong so I can deal with all these bad things happening to me. Without exercise, I would have been dead a long time ago. I do not eat perfect either. Exercise again makes the difference.

  8. Ryan McAllister - I'm not healthy because I am considered obese, but the lifestyle changes I have made in the past few months have resulted in the loss of 23 pounds of fat. I just have about 50 more pounds to go before my weight is considered in the healthy range. I eat mostly vegetables, fruits, and lean meat. Lots of salads. I exercise every single day, and I run about 5-6 days a week. I'm on my way to being healthy. :)

  9. EddySays - Well I am going for a 10 mile run tomorrow at 10,000' elevation so I will say yes.
Two years ago I couldn't run 15 minutes at 1100' elevation.
