Blood Sugar Levels- Please Help?

396545384 I am a 22 year old male, weighing 54 kgs and 5 feet 2 inches tall.
I got my fasting blood sugar done which is 79.6 (Normal- 60-110 mg/dl)
And the PP Sugar after 2 hours of lunch is 75.3 (Normal- 60-140 mg/dl)

Can someone please explain, is it possible to have a PP sugar lower than Fasting sugar?

  1. Martha Zimmer - There are reasons why it is possible to have a blood sugar lower after you eat than it was before. Two hours for some people is plenty of time to get a blood sugar back down to normal. Do you have a high metabolism rate. Did you not eat a lot of high sugar carbohydrates, or did you exercise after you ate? Even drinking coffee or a certain kind of wine with your meal can return your blood sugar to normal levels quickly after you eat. Lots of factors are involved.

Don't worry. It is certainly possible for this to be normal for you.
