Why Is My Skin Red & Blue?? Circulation Thing? Heart? Blood Pressure? What? [pic]?

396545385 okay so lately my skin is pale but greyish/blue-ish and somewhat red
i figure maybe the red was rosacea but. idk. it seems to be greyish also my skin on my face, so maybe not ?

anyways. it may be hard to notice the greyish at first but,
if u look around my mouth it isnt then the sides of my face it does have a blue tinge
.. that blue tinge with red parts so.. i dont understand it..

  2. Cait Cait - Since you have very fair skin you might just be seeing veins / capillaries just under the skin. Capillaries in particular can become damaged over time (pressure will break them, anything affecting your circulation like smoking or poor diet will harm them as well). Try a face mask with rhassoul mud in it for circulation and skin tone, and make sure your diet has enough zinc/ vitamin c/ vitamin e - you can also try eating more garlic and red/purple-coloured fruits and vegetables (grapes, capsicums etc) for circulation. If you're really worried or you get other more worrying symptoms (like tingling or numbness in your extremities) you should see a doctor, but it's probably just the normal process of skin ageing.
