Orlando Delacruz - do you drink milk or eat any dairy product even eggs it builds up flem or mucus in your lungs so dont eat those things and thats why your gaing weight to because they have striods in them learn how to juice fruits and veggies it will help you lots but make sure you see a doctor during this thing
