R20 - One thats not cheap.... and im going to say.. the regular scale.... like the one at the doctors office.
that guy - generally the digital scale will be more accurate but it depends on the price.
KMcG - Doesn't matter if it's digital or analog, The most accurate will be one that has been calibrated.
