When I Tell People I Had Bypass Surgery It Seems Like They Change There Perception Of Me?
like I have lost some credability or I am some how weak.Has anyone else had this experience after having a major surgery like this? smokeydad,,what a brilliant answer.
kwgirlroper09 - Hi I haven't had bypass surgery but you should not let this bother you a bit. A lot of people have to have heart surgery and it wasn't something they did or ate or lifestyle etc. Some people have hereditary factors that have caused this problem. There is nothing wrong with having had this surgery no matter what caused their problems. And if it definitely helps you and makes your life sooooooo much better and you are actually alive hey don't let anybody bother you. Just be glad that you were able to have it and you will be better off. Good luck and ignore those people. Some day they will probably be having the same type of surgery. They just don't understand. Take care and enjoy life now that you have a new lease on life.
