What Do Sit Ups Do To Your Body?

  1. ♥TGIF♥ - Im pretty sure it strengthens the muscles in your stomach, so it probably makes you lose wieght on your stomach as well :)x

  2. Marvin - Sit ups actually strengthen your thighs and glutes (butt muscles). This exercise does not help much when it comes to losing weight.
