Elementum - Neither. Both of them are seriously painful and damaging to your health. If you want to lose weight the healthy way, eat a good, balanced diet and exercise.
Miranda - NEITHER because neither is healthy for you. Although you will be losing weight, you will be forever stuck with that illness and you will look VERY sick. You will have to go to rehab for quite some time.
Hitman Pedro - Hard not to be positive when you are talking about being bulimic or anorexic. But if you feel like changing your diet and exercising is not for you and you have to choose one of these two options then I would go with Bulimia. At least then your body is getting some nutrients when you eat even if you throw it up. Anorexics are usually the least healthy because they starve themselves which is very dangerous.
Emily - Instead you should try this- Step 1: Set a goal of weight to lose Step 2: Eat right! (fruits, vegetables, & NO junk food) Step 3: Exercise everyday! Sit ups, push ups, running, jogging, swimming, ANYTHING active Step 4: Watch the pounds fly off.
Tips: Eat lot's of salad (: Drink TONS of water. 10 bottles a day! Always keep going Set a day to weigh yourself every week & record your progress.
Chloe - sweetie neither one is easier it will just make things harder.. the easiest thing would be for you do eat healthy with regular portion sizes and exercise.. being bulimic or anorexic will end up killing you and is far from being healthy.. before you decide to do something as dangerous as that do a little research on it and look at the effects of them both.. hope you make the right decision.. and no matter what be happy with who you are.. god made you in HIS vision
st00pin_15 - Neither because there both really bad ideas. People who have those illnesses are very sick people who can't live normal lives because of them. You reallly don't want them and I don't really think you can just BE Anorexic or Bulimic its something that I would think you develop

True Blue - It depends on your individual strengths and weaknesses. You might or might not have problems with restricting, purging, or exercising. So you should choose what works best for you.
