rockets - it sounds disgusting but porridge oats it helps the redness and blotchiness go down. just get a handful and wet it, then smear all over your skin. :)
ReplyDeletekeep your hands away from your face and keep washing pillow cases also wash your face in the morning as well as the night. there is loads of stuff online aswell like on youtube
*Blush* - The suggestion above to use oats really works. It might not clear your acne, but it will help reduce the redness. Also, I would quit the medicated cleansers and creams, they can just make the acne worse since you are basically putting chemicals on your face. Use a mild non-medicated cleanser instead, natural is best if you can find one. Next rub diluted apple cider vinegar like a toner all over. This will helps clear up your acne since it kills germs and helps restore your skin's natural pH levels. Use a natural moisturizer afterwards (coconut oil is good)
ReplyDeleteAlso make sure to eat well. Take a multivitamin to make sure you are getting the nutrients you need for healthy skin. Vitamin E oil will also help a lot, since it is a strong antioxidant. Take cod liver oil too if you can stand it (if not, it's also available in pill form). Cut back on junk food, especially sugar!
If you do all this, your acne will be completely gone in about 2 weeks! This worked for me! :)
