Lately, I've had a bad cough, along with coughing up Phlegm (If you don't know what Phlegm is, it's that yellow/green stuff that sits in the back of your through and irratates you untill you cough it up. Yeah. It. Is. Nasty. )
I want to know how to get rid of the irratation. If I breathe deeply, I can feel a rumble in my lungs. Not like a growl, but an annoying, high pitch and thin rumble. Along with the back of my throat hurting. I just want to get rid of the symptoms at this point. And for the record, yes, I DO have allergies. But I read cough syrup and such would only allow everything to build up, so please do not put that as an answer. Thank you all! I know you'll answer if you hate allergies as much as I do
xDD
B.dorable - the same thing happens to me every year, i found out i was allergic to snow mould (weird i know i had no idea it even existed until i found out) and for me it is bronchitis that i get every year that causes me to have an awful(keep everyone in the house up all night) cough and phlegm,i find when i take my blue inhaler called salbutamol it helps but not forever, you will still need to go get meds for bronchitis
ReplyDeletewhat my doc said is that my allergies just moved into my lungs
