My Heart Beat Was 194/min For 6 Beats And It Slowed Down To About 130. What's Happening To Me?

396545385 Sometimes this happens about at least once or twice a week.
It was probably little more than 130 when it slowed down, but i could hear my own heartbeat through my ear as if I was exhausted from running when it was 194/min. (I was not even running, I was sitting down on my laptop, and I am not tired, just little sweaty [I just turned on the AC because it's too hot])

Does this have any medical meaning?
now it's 86-87

and also when i said 130, i meant like when it was slowing down it was for 130 for few seconds then it start to decrease..
Sorry for bad description xD
sorry let me say that again xD it's resting around 86-87 now.
it wasnt 130. please ignore the 130 part :)
i was just saying it was 130 when i was typing the question.

  1. mr.answerman - A heart rate of 130 resting is tachycardia. There is a common type called supra ventricular Tachycardia, or SVR. Your heart can be normal then suddenly it is off to the races. If this happens again, you do need to be seen by a cardiologist, insist on one. Don't let some GP diagnose heart issues, some like to do that.
