Tiny - Sounds like she is allergic to fleas and has a bad flea infestation. Give her a double flea bath for starters and then you will need to wash all of her bedding and treat your carpets and furniture with a hand held fogger or a flea bomb. After you bathe the dog give her a flea oil such as Advantage and she will feel much better.
Ben Anderson - That's most definitely tics or fleas go to ur local vet and get anti flea medication for your dog as they have much stronger stuff than the average supper market
Jazz Mouse - Sounds like she has fleas. To get rid of the fleas bathe her with mellowash (or something that will get rid of the fleas). You will also need to wash the bedding because it will have fleas on the bedding and also anything else that she has either layen down on or wears (if she even wears anything if not then don't worry about it).
