Is There A Way To Get Rid Of Marks On Nose?

Is there a way to get rid of marks ON the nose I got 1 when I was 7 years old. I was riding a bike and fell off and hit my nose against a gutter and other second one from wearing glasses both marks are ON the nose, not the sides. I am 16 years old male
