Is It Okay To Take 2 Strips At Once?

Hi, I'm using cilest oral contraceptive pills, I've been using them for well over a year. I always take 2 strips at once then have a break. Is this okay? I've never had any problems and just wanted to know if this is okay as my nurse said it was okay.
