Rohit - As long as you're eating a balanced meal with enough proteins, carbs, and small amount of fats you should be fine. But it's still a good idea to take a one-a-day vitamin if you're doing dieting because you can't really be sure you're getting everything. I've seen people who thought they were eating a low calorie balanced diet but they had low vitamin c levels or some other levels. So to be on the safe side i'd recommend a one a day while dieting, unless you know for sure your dieting plan has all the nutrients in there :)
