I'm pretty sure I might be allergic to my post work out supplement shake. I just started taking this particular shake and it seems like after I drink it I get diarrhea 20 minutes later. Is it possible for it to affect me that quickly? Today for example I didn't eat anything all day and then when I got back home from working out I drank the shake and 20 minutes later I had to RUSH to the bathroom. How Quickly Do You Get Diarrhea After Eating Something You're Allergic To?
I'm pretty sure I might be allergic to my post work out supplement shake. I just started taking this particular shake and it seems like after I drink it I get diarrhea 20 minutes later. Is it possible for it to affect me that quickly? Mary Kontrarry - That's not an allergy. It's an intolerance of your digestive system.
ReplyDeleteIf it were an allergy, you'd go into anaphylactic shock.
pennypincher - Allergies do affect you right away. I have several food intolerances. It can be as long as 12 hours after eating the food before I get sick.
