How Long Will It Take To Lose Weight If I....?

396545382 Well this school year i take P.E. Each day. Each day we run around the track once, it's pretty big. So my question is how many days will it take of running to lose weight? I'm also eating a healthy diet, but just exercise wise how long will it take?

137 pounds
I have a small belly, aiming to get a flat stomach.

    • If you consume fewer calories than you burn, you have to lose fat eventually. There are no exceptions to this fact.

  2. Job Wiz - Can't really answer your question. We don't know enough information. There are 3,500 calories to a pound of weight. If depends on how many calories your body needs to maintain your current weight. Go to the link below and you can tell it your age, current weight, goal and lifestyle and it will calculate an estimated date of when you can reach your goal. Remember it's just an estimate, but it gives you a good starting point.
