My day consists of going to class and then working clinical hours for the rest of the day until like 10PM. I don't have a lot of breaks and I'm already behind in my homework because I barely have time to do my schoolwork with these mandatory hours I have to do everyday for the first half of the semester. I get up almost every morning at 6:30AM. I just cannot fit going to the gym into my busy schedule. I can barely fit eating into my schedule! I love to workout I just dont have the time though and I'm starting to notice I'm gaining weight. I'm just really stressed out and becoming self conscious. How can I lose some weight without starving myself? How can I come up with a schedule that will work for me and not stress me out!
The place I work is 35 minutes away.
Stefan - eat better
ReplyDeleteJessica - i remember seeing Dr. Oz and he said taking cold showers is like having a workout. Since the ice cold water accelerates your heart rate its like if you had a work out!
ReplyDeleteTyler - Improving your diet really is the best way to lose weight. A friend of mine started running around 5 miles per day but she ate garbage and didn't loe a pound. But I have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks before by eating healthy and not working out at all.
ReplyDeleteAvoid sugar at all costs, including milk and fruit. This one tip alone will drastically improve your weight loss.
Eat lean meat, low saturated fat and moderate carbs. Eat vegetables to your hearts content.
WestCoast - You could get up at 5:45 or 6 and go for a quick run
