How Can I Lose 5 Kilos Without Too Much Exercise?

396545382 im not lazy, i just have been struggling with a chronic illness for the past year. i have celiac's disease which means i am allergic to gluten. because i didnt know this, my intestines have been very badly damaged and im only half the way to complete healing. i was hospitalized and have been very sick. my weight got down to a scary 38 kilos so i was put on a special diet in order to gain weight quickly. unfortunately i feel like i put on too much and i want to weigh what i use to. i am 5'3 and currently 54 kilos but i want to get back to 49. i just hate my stomach and i feel like i have a layer of fat all over me. so how can i lose 5 kilos when im unable to physically push my body just yet? can i do some strength or resistance exercises to lose weight?

    You either drink plenty of fluids,
    Go on a protein diet (only eat meat and chicken and fish)
    Go to a capoeira class and do yoga. You will lose weight in no time

    Option no. 4 is to eat flax seeds
