Something is going on in your chest though, so you do need to see a doctor as soon as you can. There are many things that can cause chest pain, some of the following for example, and some of them even mimic a heart attack pain.
Chest Infection Pneumonia Pleurisy Gastroenteritis - inflammation around the sternum and ribs. Bruised or broken ribs. Coughing can bruise ribs.
So you see many things including stomach trouble can give pain in the chest. Therefore as I say you need to get your condition checked out, then I am sure you will be fine once your doctor diagnosis it and gives you the appropriate meds.
