You're supposed to get really hot like hold your face over a steaming bowl of water or take a hot shower (this opens your pores so the acne-causing oils can come out.) then wash your face with whatever cream or lotion you use. Pat-dry your face completely with a towel. Rubbing an ice cube on your face will now close the pores and keep the oils out.
Dan - no.actually it probably would make it stay there longer. if you steam your face or put hot water on it, it'll open up your pores which makes it easier to clean it out. making your skin cold will tighten your pores, trapping the dirt and oils stuck in the zit.
David K - No.. But I heard if you put ice in your genitals, it'll shrink.

ReplyDeleteSam - nah, you should rub the thing with rubbing alcohol, it'll dry it up and make it go away in about a day or two.
